Pemilik tidak menyediakan daftar jenis Data Pribadi yang dikumpulkan.

Detail lengkap setiap jenis Data Pribadi dijelaskan dalam bagian khusus kebijakan ini atau melalui teks penjelasan yang ditampilkan sebelum pengumpulan Data dilakukan. Data Pribadi dapat diberikan secara sukarela oleh Pengguna, atau dalam hal Data Penggunaan, dikumpulkan secara otomatis ketika menggunakan Aplikasi ini.

Jika tidak disebutkan secara khusus, semua Data yang diminta oleh Aplikasi ini bersifat wajib. Kegagalan memberikan Data ini dapat membuat Aplikasi tidak dapat menyediakan layanan yang diminta. Pengguna yang ragu tentang Data mana yang wajib dapat menghubungi Pemilik.

Setiap penggunaan Cookies atau alat pelacak lainnya oleh Aplikasi ini atau oleh layanan pihak ketiga yang digunakan oleh Aplikasi ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyediakan layanan yang diminta oleh Pengguna, di samping tujuan lain yang dijelaskan dalam kebijakan ini atau Kebijakan Cookie jika tersedia.

Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas Data Pribadi pihak ketiga yang diperoleh, dipublikasikan, atau dibagikan melalui Aplikasi ini dan memastikan mereka memiliki izin pihak ketiga sebelum memberikan Data tersebut kepada Pemilik.

Cara dan Tempat Pemrosesan Data

Metode Pemrosesan

Pemilik mengambil langkah keamanan yang layak untuk mencegah akses, pengungkapan, modifikasi, atau penghancuran Data yang tidak sah. Pemrosesan dilakukan menggunakan komputer dan alat teknologi informasi sesuai prosedur organisasi dan tujuan yang dijelaskan. Selain Pemilik, Data dapat diakses oleh orang-orang tertentu dalam operasi aplikasi (administrasi, penjualan, pemasaran, legal, TI) atau pihak eksternal yang ditunjuk sebagai Pengolah Data.

Dasar Hukum Pemrosesan

Pemilik dapat memproses Data Pribadi jika salah satu kondisi berikut terpenuhi:

Pengguna telah memberi persetujuan untuk satu atau lebih tujuan tertentu.
Penyediaan Data diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan kontrak dengan Pengguna.
Pemrosesan diperlukan untuk mematuhi kewajiban hukum.
Pemrosesan terkait tugas penting atau kepentingan sah Pemilik.

Pemilik akan membantu menjelaskan dasar hukum yang digunakan dalam pemrosesan data, termasuk apakah pemberian Data Pribadi merupakan kewajiban hukum, kewajiban berdasarkan perjanjian, atau diperlukan untuk membuat suatu perjanjian.

Tempat Pemrosesan

Data diproses di kantor operasional Pemilik dan tempat lain di mana pihak yang terlibat berada. Transfer data ke luar negara pengguna dapat terjadi; detailnya dapat ditanyakan kepada Pemilik.

Tergantung pada lokasi Pengguna, pemindahan data dapat melibatkan pengiriman Data Pengguna ke negara lain di luar negara tempat tinggalnya. Untuk mengetahui di mana Data tersebut diproses, Pengguna dapat melihat bagian kebijakan ini yang menjelaskan pemrosesan Data Pribadi.

Pengguna juga berhak mengetahui dasar hukum pemindahan Data ke negara di luar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) atau ke organisasi internasional, serta langkah-langkah keamanan yang dilakukan oleh Pemilik untuk melindungi Data tersebut.

Jika pemindahan Data tersebut terjadi, Pengguna dapat membaca penjelasan lebih lanjut pada bagian terkait dalam dokumen ini atau menghubungi Pemilik melalui informasi kontak yang tersedia.

Jangka Waktu Penyimpanan

Data Pribadi diproses dan disimpan selama diperlukan untuk tujuan pengumpulannya:

Untuk kontrak, disimpan sampai kontrak selesai.
Untuk tujuan kepentingan sah, disimpan selama diperlukan untuk tujuan tersebut. Pemilik dapat menyimpan Data lebih lama jika pengguna memberi persetujuan atau jika diwajibkan secara hukum.

Pemilik dapat menyimpan Data Pribadi untuk jangka waktu yang lebih lama apabila Pengguna memberikan persetujuan, selama persetujuan tersebut tidak dicabut. Selain itu, Pemilik juga dapat diwajibkan untuk menyimpan Data Pribadi lebih lama apabila diperlukan untuk memenuhi kewajiban hukum atau berdasarkan perintah dari pihak berwenang.

Setelah jangka waktu penyimpanan berakhir, Data Pribadi akan dihapus. Oleh karena itu, hak untuk mengakses, menghapus, memperbaiki, serta memindahkan Data Pribadi tidak dapat lagi dilakukan setelah masa penyimpanan tersebut berakhir.

Hak Pengguna

Pengguna memiliki hak untuk:

Menarik persetujuan kapan saja.
Menolak pemrosesan Data jika tidak berdasar persetujuan.
Mengakses Data mereka.
Memeriksa dan memperbaiki Data tidak akurat.
Membatasi pemrosesan.
Menghapus Data secara penuh.
Menerima Data mereka dalam format yang dapat dibaca mesin.
Mengajukan keluhan ke otoritas perlindungan data yang berwenang.

Hak Menolak Pemrosesan

Pengguna dapat menolak pemrosesan Data jika pemrosesan dilakukan atas dasar kepentingan sah Pemilik, dengan alasan yang relevan atas situasi mereka. Jika Data digunakan untuk pemasaran langsung, pengguna dapat menolak tanpa memberikan alasan.

Untuk menggunakan hak ini, pengguna dapat menghubungi Pemilik melalui kontak yang tersedia tanpa biaya dan akan ditanggapi dalam waktu maksimal satu bulan.

Cara Menggunakan Hak-Hak Pengguna

Setiap permintaan untuk menggunakan hak-hak Pengguna dapat disampaikan kepada Pemilik melalui informasi kontak yang tercantum dalam dokumen ini. Permintaan tersebut dapat diajukan tanpa biaya dan akan ditindaklanjuti oleh Pemilik sesegera mungkin, serta paling lambat dalam waktu satu bulan.

Informasi Tambahan tentang Pengumpulan dan Pemrosesan Data

Tindakan Hukum

Data Pribadi Pengguna dapat digunakan oleh Pemilik untuk keperluan hukum, termasuk dalam proses pengadilan atau tahapan yang mengarah pada kemungkinan tindakan hukum, apabila terjadi penyalahgunaan Aplikasi ini atau Layanan terkait.

Pengguna menyatakan bahwa mereka memahami Pemilik dapat diwajibkan untuk mengungkapkan Data Pribadi berdasarkan permintaan dari pihak berwenang.

Informasi Tambahan tentang Data Pribadi Pengguna

Selain informasi yang tercantum dalam kebijakan privasi ini, Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi tambahan dan kontekstual kepada Pengguna terkait Layanan tertentu atau terkait pengumpulan dan pemrosesan Data Pribadi, apabila diminta.

Log Sistem dan Pemeliharaan

Untuk keperluan operasional dan pemeliharaan, Aplikasi ini dan layanan pihak ketiga yang digunakan dapat mengumpulkan file yang mencatat interaksi dengan Aplikasi ini (log sistem), serta menggunakan Data Pribadi lainnya (seperti alamat IP) untuk tujuan tersebut.

Informasi yang Tidak Tercantum dalam Kebijakan Ini

Penanganan Permintaan “Do Not Track”

Aplikasi ini tidak mendukung permintaan “Do Not Track”.

Untuk mengetahui apakah layanan pihak ketiga yang digunakan mendukung fitur tersebut, Pengguna dapat membaca kebijakan privasi masing-masing layanan pihak ketiga tersebut.

Perubahan atas Kebijakan Privasi Ini

Pemilik berhak untuk mengubah kebijakan privasi ini kapan saja dengan memberikan pemberitahuan kepada Pengguna melalui halaman ini dan/atau melalui Aplikasi ini, serta—sepanjang memungkinkan secara teknis dan hukum—melalui informasi kontak yang dimiliki oleh Pemilik.

Pengguna sangat disarankan untuk secara berkala memeriksa halaman ini dengan memperhatikan tanggal pembaruan terakhir yang tercantum di bagian bawah.

Apabila perubahan tersebut memengaruhi pemrosesan Data yang didasarkan pada persetujuan Pengguna, Pemilik akan meminta persetujuan ulang dari Pengguna apabila diperlukan.

Definisi dan Referensi Hukum

Data Pribadi (atau Data)
Setiap informasi yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung, atau jika digabungkan dengan informasi lain—termasuk nomor identifikasi pribadi—dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi seseorang.

Data Penggunaan
Informasi yang dikumpulkan secara otomatis melalui Aplikasi ini (atau layanan pihak ketiga yang digunakan), termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:
- Alamat IP atau nama domain perangkat Pengguna
- Alamat URI
- Waktu dan metode permintaan ke server
- Ukuran file yang diterima
- Kode status respons server
- Negara asal
- Jenis browser dan sistem operasi
- Durasi kunjungan dan aktivitas dalam Aplikasi
- Jalur halaman yang diakses
- Parameter lain terkait perangkat dan lingkungan TI Pengguna

Pengguna
Individu yang menggunakan Aplikasi ini dan, kecuali disebutkan lain, merupakan Subjek Data.

Subjek Data
Individu yang Data Pribadinya diproses.

Pemroses Data
Pihak yang memproses Data Pribadi atas nama Pengendali Data sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam kebijakan privasi ini.

Pengendali Data (atau Pemilik)
Pihak yang menentukan tujuan dan cara pemrosesan Data Pribadi, termasuk langkah-langkah keamanan yang digunakan. Kecuali dinyatakan lain, Pengendali Data adalah Pemilik Aplikasi ini.

Aplikasi Ini
Sarana yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan memproses Data Pribadi Pengguna.

Layanan
Layanan yang disediakan oleh Aplikasi ini sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam ketentuan terkait (jika tersedia) dan di situs atau aplikasi ini.

Methods of Processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. Place

Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own. To find out more about the place of processing of such transferred Data, Users can check the section containing details about the processing of Personal Data.

Users are also entitled to learn about the legal basis of Data transfers to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by the Owner to safeguard their Data.

Retention Time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for, therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner's legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

User
